Really great park set. I remeber when you first got started with the LE and it is amazing how far you have come. Very tempted to get into LE myself, but I haven't had the time to even finish up my current project. Oh well, something to look forward to.

Nice lots, though the pond looks like it has a shallow cross in the middle.

the pond looks like it has a shallow cross in the middle yeah, I know... ... blame it on the merciless hot sun beating down on that poor little pond ...

For the junk yard... I might suggest more junk. Consider using the game default boxes, trash, street garbage & debris props to add more of the chaotic clutter that is common to most junk yards and scrap heaps. The lot looks very cool... but a tad bit too tidy perhaps. IMHO

For the junk yard... I might suggest more junk. Yeah, I'm with you on the junk ... there was not enough chaos yet ;-), so I added a bit... easy on the garbage, though - the two old geezers running that place want to earn a peso here and there, so they don't like it stinky So how about this one?

Bingo. Now that looks like a good rural junk yard. Be sure to give it a bit of a NIMBY effect as no one wants to live next to one. * For an urban version, you'd need chain link fence, a beat up old tow truck and... of course, the junkyard dog!! * Basic Rule About the Number of Props on a Lot * Someone once came up with a rule about there being no more than 3 or 5, etc... props for each tile of a lot. And that's basically good advice for any growable lot or a ploppable that might get plopped repeatedly in a city. The game has to render each prop so the fewer there are... the better the performance. But for a ploppable lot such as this that may only be plopped once or a just a few times in a city, the game performance will not be noticeably impaired by layering in a bunch of props to create a cluttered look. Great job !!

Bingo. Now that looks like a good rural junk yard. Thanks! :-) Be sure to give it a bit of a NIMBY effect as no one wants to live next to one. So that would be the 'Park Effect'? What would be a reasonable value? Magnitude/Radius: -10/30?

Pegasus wanted me to limit what goes in Custom contributions to items directly related to his work.
Any other items would require his permission, with it, I will gladly upload those items.
If paeng were to do a set of the parks with Peg pines on them, those would not be a problem, for example.
Remember, Pegasus is paying for the site, and the space it uses.
