Thank you and keep cranking them out

Glad you like 'em :-) As for cranking them out - we'll see ;o)
To be honest, I didn't know that people were still 'hungry' for more parks... so I might think up some more indeed.

Right now I'm still working on my 'Industrial Beautification Program' *grin*

Paeng's Modular Industrial Plaza

This is a set of three lots (with plaza-benefits) that can be combined in numerous ways to create seamless little eyecatchers within your industrial areas, near low wealth neighborhoods or offside a highway. With the three lots you can create at least nine different plop-situations of varying size, shape and form while saving on valuable menu-space.

---------------------
Features
---------------------
Lot A - Right section (2x3)
Truckstop for (large) 'Trucks only' with a motel-type setting.

Lot B - Middle section (2x3)
Small truckstation with vending machines and office, used-pickup-dealer at the back.

Lot C - Left section (2x3)
Parking for small vehicles, city garbage drop, fuel depot and a little diner.

You can use each part on its own as well as mixing them - here are the  possible plop-configurations:

A | B | C | A+B | B+C | B+B | A+C | A+B+C | A+B+B+C

Other combinations might be possible (plopping pieces 'upside down'), though most probably you won't get a seamless fit anymore.

Many of the props are families (trucks, cars, people etc.), so you get some variation when plopping multiple pieces.

--------------------------------
Dependencies
--------------------------------
I used some very basic files, which you most probably have:

* BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol01
* BSC Textures Vol 01
* PEG_ChainLinkFence_RESOURCE (312 Kb)
http://simpeg.com/forum/index.php?action=tpmod;dl=get865

--------------------------------
Tip
--------------------------------
Actually, B and C also mix pretty well with my 'Security Fence Set' and add-ons, if you want to build more complex eyecatchers ;-)

All pieces are in separate files, so you can delete any you do not wish to use.

Enjoy :-)

Parks are pretty versitile as there can be so many different ways to make them, and not to mention the theme or style. It is always nice to have variety. Well that is the way I see things. :) The more Variety the more flexible and colorful the city/region could look.

That is a nice addition... Definately liven up the side of the freeway a bit... :)

Do you mean the 'Stop' that's painted on the street at intersections/railcrossings? I would think they come with the MTP, probably with the "Rural Roadways MOD" (which also includes street-mods)...

Hope that's it, as I'm not aware of any particular mod just doing that (painting the 'stop')...

Just put together a little addon for the Yellow Garden.

It includes another 4x4 park, a smaller 3x2 park, another little endpiece and sort of a transition piece to make it easier to connect other parks or paths.

I have just been having a pleasant catchup since I was here last on page 9 or something...

I see your LE addiction has been getting stronger...   yup, that is how they suck you in...  slowly at first...  a simple relot here and there.. but before you know it you have been sucked into the LE Black Hole of DOOM!

:  Pause for over-dramatical manical laughter :

Muh ha ha ha....  MUH HA HA HA HA...!

And yes...  I had noticed that you have been poking around with the STEX uploader...  which of course was a good prompt for me to come back here and see what you had been up to!

That's the Cobblestone Village of the ASC Canal System, I believe. Well that's what it looks like. You can get that over at LEX. Barbyw made that system, I think...

Not sure where (but surely Stex or Lex ;) ... it's a set called 'Lilo Park' (Lilo_ParkDuSincitybaby.dat)

Thanks you very much.

Paeng, Thank you for all the new lots you are making, maybe now the rest of us can make a city as pleasing to the eye, as you have.

Keep up the good work.
